PLEASE NOTE: This home consists of two rental units, this is the listing for the UPPER level. Each unit has it's own private entrance and designated parking spots.

Great place to stay, close to everything yet located on a quiet street. Neal and Sherri were great! Responded quickly to questions and very accommodating to any needs we had.

Great location. Freeway close to all of salt lake and surrounding areas. Lots of good food walking distance. Great sunset views from the back deck. The house is a bit dated but quaint. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated .The mattresses were awful. Very old collapsed spring mattresses. The bunk room especially. Memory foam mattresses in a box are relatively cheap. The couches are also very dated and uncomfortable.Both of these issues would make it impossible for me to stay here for a ski trip unfortunately. Otherwise, It would have been a perfect location for my frequent trips to Slc. Fix them and i would stay here regularly . Ice machine barely puts out enough ice. Deck was wonderful aside from the screw heads poking out. .

We had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend. The views from the porch were absolutely fantastic and made for the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen was a great size, well-equipped, and made cooking meals easy and enjoyable throughout our stay.The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and unwind. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would happily return in the future. Highly recommend!
