Shocked
Check in was fine, good instructions. However after check in we left the house and when we returned the touch pad wasn’t working. Thought ok fine let’s call the property manager to see how we can get into the house. Manger was super rude, seemed like he was being inconvenienced by our call. He stated he had over 600 clients he had to deal with “not just us” we tried to reassure him we were not mad we just wanted a solution on how we could get in the house. He proceeded to raise his voice and act very unprofessional. A locksmith was called after we suggested it and we were able to get back into the house but we were shocked at the response we got
