Cheap furnishings, but clean and safe.

This rental just didn’t work for me. The mattress is very thin and cheap, like all the furnishings. The room doesn’t get dark, due to the surrounding buildings and lack of blackout curtains. The a/v is very loud. I couldn’t see the TV from the bed and there is no couch or other comfortable place to sit. Hope you like quick showers.However, the unit and building were very clean and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood felt safe and well-lit. The w/d worked great and there were tide pods provided.I would not rent here again.

A Gem in SLC

My stay at this location couldn't have been a better treat.The 5 days I spent there were a delight.Absolutely spotless, bright, quiet, secure access. I couldn't ask for a better kitchen equipment, the same comment goes to the bathroom. Anything needed is there.The only tiny detail that bothered me at the beginning was the constant ventilation noise. But I adjusted pretty quickly and ignored it fast.Great, quick, efficient communication with the owner. I will go there next time I come to SLC.
