The room was dirty. Old soap in the shower. Stained bedding. Only one towel available. When I asked for more they asked how many days I would be staying. 4 so they gave me 2 more. For a double queen room. No pool towels when I asked they very rudely told me I can only have one. The spa and hot tub they advertised looks like it’s been closed for a very long time. Not a single day of housekeeping. The young man who checked us in was delightful but the older man and young possibly son were so rude.

Clean room and spacious, mine had a microwave and mini fridge one king size bed, the check in was quick and easy, convenient for dining has a gas station, a Denny's and a McDonald’s across the street.

The man working the desk didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. It took him 15 minutes to check me in because he couldn’t find the reservation even with the itinerary number. The Inn seemed like it I’d in a shady area but the rooms were clean.

Get what you pay for

The floor was dirty, the bath faucet was coming off the wall, and the shower didn’t drain very well. The bed was super soft and might have been comfy with just one person, but with 2 people, it felt like we were both going to roll off the side with the mattress collapsing if we got too close to the edge.

Been here 5 days and housekeeping non existent. Got our own towels and requested a broom to sweep but havent gotten one. On the other hand the front desk staff are polite and supposedly tried to get housekeeping to our room.

Wish we had spent an extra $20 and gone elsewhere. The room was dirty, with hair on the sheets. No breakfast as advertised, no coffee maker, no iron in the room, and none available at the front desk.

Staff was friendly, but didn't let me check out the same day I checked in after seeing bed bug feces on walls, hair and blood on sheets, hair on surfaces and bathroom in subpar condition. The continental breakfast was unavailable and the room appeared to be under construction. There also appeared to be numerous homeless people wandering around the parking lot. I was asked to return the next day to collect my deposit and officially check out, despite having given the key back the day prior.

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! We had a screw sticking out of our wall, COCKROACHES crawling in our bathroom! The first night, we were warned by a staff member at a local restaurant to clear our cars because of how bad the area was and because of drugs! Later that night we woke up to the entire parking lot SURROUNDED and FULL of cops! I requested a refund, and it was denied. The property staff did not care at all when I went and spoke with them multiple times. There is no phone or clock we are assuming so people don't steal them to sell them. This property should NOT even be in Expedia. The pictures are NOT accurate. DO NOT STAY! HERE!!! If it would let me upload pictures and video I have proof of my claims!!! The hotel again did not care that I had proof!!!! AGAIN. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

So the checkin was not bad the guy was extremely helpful, however i did not get the room that I booked. Whenwe got into the room the toilet eas not cleaned, there were stains on the seat. We encountered a bug in the room, and the floors were not very clean. I ended up pulling all of the bedding off of one to check it for bed bugs because of the cleanliness of the room. There werent any bed bugs. The room its self was the main reason for the low review.
