Welcome to my home—a peaceful, light-filled artist’s retreat nestled in a quiet, upscale neighborhood just 30 minutes from world-class ski resorts and scenic mountain trails. Designed as a reflection of my life as an artist, this space is calm, creative and intentionally curated for both comfort and inspiration.

The interior features granite finishes throughout, including a massive gourmet kitchen island, perfect for shared meals and conversation. Cozy up by the fireplace or unwind with the 86” Smart TV and ultra-fast 2-gig fiber internet—great for movie nights or remote work.
Outside, immerse yourself in a lush garden sanctuary with two koi ponds, a peaceful waterfall and original glass and metal sculptures woven into the landscape. The large patio comfortably seats up to 15 and overlooks the vibrant garden filled with hummingbirds, solar lights and artistic touches that create a truly magical atmosphere.
The home is adorned with original landscape paintings by your host—a professional artist with over 30 years of experience. Every element in this retreat is chosen with intention to spark peace, presence and creativity.

The Home
At the heart of the home is a bright, open living space where vaulted ceilings and large windows allow light to pour in, enhancing the sense of space and creativity. The fully stocked kitchen flows into the dining area and main living room, making it ideal for cooking, connecting or simply relaxing in the glow of natural light.
The main living room is both spacious and cozy, featuring a beautiful modern granite fireplace for crisp mountain evenings and a huge 86” TV for movie nights or winding down. A second living room offers another inviting lounge space with its own 75” TV, providing flexibility for guests to spread out and enjoy their own rhythms.
There are four bedrooms, each with its own TVs. With five beds total, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. For larger groups, two queen air mattresses are available upon request.
The master bedroom suite features a 75” TV, a desk for remote work, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a large jacuzzi tub—ideal for soaking after a long day of skiing, hiking or simply recharging in peace.
Whether you're working, creating, or just staying connected, you’ll appreciate the 2-gig fiber internet throughout the home.
One of the bedrooms doubles as an office with a built-in desk, perfect for extended stays, remote work, or solo creative retreats.
Surrounding you are beautiful natural plants, including the striking Bird of Paradise, giving the garden a botanical sanctuary feel. The space feels alive and soulful, blending nature, art and stillness in perfect harmony.
The Outdoor Experience
Step out onto the expansive, sunlit patio, the heart of the outdoor space and one of the most loved features of the home. With seating for up to 15 guests, it’s perfect for shared meals, conversations under the stars or quiet mornings with a cup of coffee in hand.
The patio overlooks a lush, landscaped garden that includes two tranquil koi ponds, free-range chickens, vibrant glass sculptures and a serene Buddha statue, offering a calming, meditative vibe. The space feels alive and soulful, blending nature, art and stillness in perfect harmony..
Guests are welcome to use the Weber grill and for cooler evenings an outdoor flame heater are available upon request for a small fee—adding warmth, flavor, and ambiance to your evenings.
Backyard access requires signing a simple agreement prior to check-in. If you’d like private use of the garden, I’m happy to arrange that for specific times. Yard maintenance is light and typically finished before noon to protect your privacy and enjoyment.
The Neighborhood
Set in a peaceful, upscale community, the home is just minutes from scenic walking and running trails, perfect for a morning jog or a peaceful sunset stroll. A private neighborhood park nearby offers a quiet space to relax, read, or connect with nature.
A Creative Bonus
As a special offering, I host an optional art painting night upon request for a small fee. Whether you're a first-time painter or an experienced artist, it's a relaxed and fun experience where you can tap into your creativity, connect with others and leave with something personal and meaningful from your stay.
Important House Rules
To maintain the peaceful, respectful atmosphere of this space and neighborhood, please note:
No parties or events are permitted.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house
Driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles (no street parking, please).
To maintain a safe and respectful space, please make sure that your reservation reflects the exact number of guests and that all guests are listed on your booking.
Unlisted guests are not permitted.
Air Conditioning Notice
During the summer months, the thermostat cannot be set below 70°F. Setting it lower may cause the AC lines to freeze, which can shut down the cooling system. This may require up to 24 hours to defrost and could result in expensive repairs. Any damage caused by setting the temperature too low will be the guest’s financial responsibility.
A Few Notes
I live in a private basement apartment with a separate entrance and a friendly dog. There are no shared indoor spaces, so your privacy is fully respected.
