Cold air goes through the door frame. Mgr would not let me check in early, like one hour. Had to carry my bag to dinner. But the room is clean. Very clean. Enough towels. Good channels. And the bed, the bed was very comfortable. Alot of hangers. Fridge was useful. The room was very clean. Water pressure was awesome. Some workers were nice. Some weren’t. Prkg sucked due chickfila. Otherwise, it was a great place to start. I would stay there again anytime!!! Cost efficient! Beyond met my needs. Thx

Room was relatively clean. The outside door felt very drafty and with cold temps outside it didn't feel very good. The whole place just had a feel of a very low end hotel, especially considering a relatively nice location.

I rarely leave negative reviews but what motel doesn't have any female ice machine on the grounds? Never had a hotel ask for the I.D. for all adults staying at the hotel before. Zero wall finishings and no plastic cupsnor paper cups in the room...kinda felt like a glorified Motel 6 except for incessant flow of traffic going to the Chik-fil-a drive thru. A female, non-hotel guest was wandering the hotel grounds for hours and outside the office asked if I had a cellphone she could borrow and two hours later she asked if I had a lighter also outside the office again in front of the hotel clerk. Didn't feel comfortable-One 'n dun.

So this isn’t a great location, but it was really hard to find on my Apple Maps, but let me start by saying that everything started to go really bad. The moment that this hotel made a mistake. I was in my bed completely naked and the maid walked in and didn’t realize that I was checked into the room. The next thing I know I got a phone call from a very angry manager named Julia Pott, and she was demanding for me to let her know who I was. I gave her my name my last name told her that I checked into that room and I was really confused as to why she was calling me. She had mentioned that the receptionist accidentally put me in a different room so she wasn’t aware that I was in that room but when I replied to her about how someone walked into my room while I was naked and her demeanor on giving me a phone call, she decided to hang up the phone come over to my room pound on the door and demand for me to leave the room because I didn’t advise them that I had a service dog. They’re about 4 to 5 cameras in the front desk. There are also a pet waiver fee that I signed. I let her know that that she can replay the cameras and she can look at the pet waiver fee that I signed, and this woman was so hostile to me so rude that I am surprised that she has a job. Let me just start off by saying that the hospitality is completely not served here I would highly highly stay away from this property. There are other properties that you can pay around $50-$65 that you would provide you better serv
