The room was clean. No coffee maker or mini fridge. The shower was terrible. Cheap plastic hose & sprayer head that only partially worked. At least half of the sprayer holes didn’t work. The second mounting spot for the shower didn’t work either. The pool & hot tub were closed. After driving eleven hours from N Idaho I wanted some hot tub and a good shower. The room was clean and the bed comforting. The continental breakfast was good. The eggs were very good. Too bad the juice dispenser wasn’t working. Is there a credit available for no hot tub?

Hampton Inn is always our go to when possible. When we checked in we were told the hotel was under new owners and upgrades would be happening soon. However, we were not told that we would not have access to the Pool, the weight room as well as no microwave or fridge in our room. At least the price should have been adjusted for less amenities. With the said, the Staff was excellent and helped us with any needs or questions

I’ve stayed at several Hampton Inns and have always been pleased. This one is was clean and the service did not disappoint. The hotel itself is in need of a major refresh. The coffee bar could be improved by adding flavored creamer and stevia.
