Check in was effortless. Staff had my reservation and just needed my ID and credit card. Fresh cookies at the reception desk are a plus. My room was clean and bed was comfortable. I love the quiet heat/AC unit. Made sleeping easy! Highly recommend.

Still fantastic

It's was amazing the front desk lady was awesome. But I asked for a handicap room. It wasn't which I can make it work but my son is paralyzed from the waist down. He is 6' and 250 lbs so to try and get him into a shower with glass door onto this janky shower chair was awful. We love staying there cuz the beds are fantastic.
