Hotel was really clean and hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms are nice and spacious. Refrigerator and microwave which is a plus. I just wished hotels offered a better pillow. They always collapse to nothing and it kinks your neck a little.

I am always comfortable when I stay here. It is close to where I need to go when I am in town. Everything is very neat, housekeeping does a great job! Don’t take a shower between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM, you may get a lukewarm shower. Overall a great place to stay.

Service was less than expected

The condition of the hotel was good and the rooms were clean. However, I was very disappointed with the hotel restaurant. We sat in the restaurant for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. The other patrons had similar experiences. We left and went and went to another restaurant since we were under time constraints. I stay at hotels around Salt Lake several time a year. I will likely avoid this hotel in the future.
