At over 1,700 square feet, the home feels bright and open, and with its ground-level entry and large windows, it doesn't feel like a typical basement apartment.

Step outside to enjoy the expansive backyard with lush grass, mature trees, a fire pit, picnic table, BBQ grill, and a relaxing porch swing. Guests also have access to a private sport court for pickleball and basketball. We provide basketballs and pickleball equipment, though avid pickleball players may prefer to bring their own paddles.

Note: There are guests staying in the unit above you. Please be considerate and keep the noise to a minimum. Also, please respect the house rule and observe quiet time after 10:00 pm.


Guest access

The entire downstairs and backyard are for you.
You will have covered parking, please park in the South covered parking spaces on the property. Walk through the breezeway and through the gate to the stairs. You may choose to close the gate or leave it open. At the bottom of the stairs, turn left and enter through a French door with a coded keypad lock.

Two important things to note: 1. This is a great property for family, friends and business travelers. In all honesty it is simply not for people intending to party all night or people who will be having many visitors coming and going.
