We had booked the 2 bedroom and when we went to check in they had over booked and we weren’t able to get it. They did give us 2 rooms that were close to each other, but not next door. The one room had something spilled on both sides of the bathroom door. Both rooms needed a good deep cleaning.

We spoke with the hotel and they advised expedia contact them so they can set up a reimbursement. Multiple issues: only one elevator working in the lobby with that being the only method to access rooms. Bathtub didn't retain water, so baths weren't possible. Heater/Air Conditioner wasn't working, room temp reached 80+ degrees and ran continuously during the night not allowing for uninterrupted sleep.
