Outstanding staff. Great attitude despite having to work Thanksgiving. The hotel rooms are new and modern. The beds are comfy. Breakfast was amazing with homemade preserves and salsa. And, the decorated Christmas trees for rent were a nice surprise!

Staff are friendly and go that extra mile for all arriving guests. This hotel is beautiful, spacious and has everything you could want from laundry, pool, hot tub, social areas, rooms are large with full kitchenettes including dish washers. This is second stay here this year and would recommend to all travelling guests

AC is positioned away from the bedroom area, so it gets hot even when set to low settings. The light switches are confusing, it would be helpful if they were labeled or if there was a master list/guide. Sound insulation is AWFUL if you're anywhere below top floor. Pillows were awful. They were super flat, the couch's decor pillows were more firm and comfortable. It's a fine stay if you're on a budget, or below $120 a night. Also, the deposit is $100 a night which is pretty steep.
