I had a great stay overall! The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room felt safe and cozy. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful when I had questions. However, the housekeeping service was inconsistent. It was supposed to be provided every other day, but that didn’t happen during my 9-day stay. I had to take out my own trash and go get fresh towels and trash bags myself. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it would’ve been nice if they at least came around for fresh towels. I do understand they may be understaffed, so I can respect that. Despite that, I’d still recommend this hotel for the comfort and overall quality. Just be prepared to be a bit more self-sufficient if housekeeping isn’t fully staffed during your visit. When housekeeping did come around, there is a younger, tall, white gentleman with light hair and glasses who was so very kind!! I didn't get his name, but he was a delight.

Great room , great staff and good breakfast.

The hotel is nice and clean. Close to everything we needed (shopping, Zion Bank stadium, etc) . The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good! Always restocked. There are No pancakes or waffles (the only thing my kids were disappointed with)

Nice hotel and great breakfast in the morning. The only issue we had was with the cleaning staff. Leaving items in our room, not cleaning till almost 5pm, when we would like to be back in our room.
