The hotel was doing remodeling which was fine. The rooms, beds, linens were clean. A couple of the desk staff were pleasant. The overnight clerk was argumentative and when called to speak with a manager “Amber” had me on speakerphone and was not customer service oriented at all. For a hospitality manager she was TERRIBLE

The mill staff at night was friendly. However, the overall facilities were dirty and when I took a shower both at midnight and 9 AM the next morning there was no hot water. I definitely would suggest not staying here.

Property was undergoing construction. Fine. What’s not, is almost all amenities in the room we were in did not work. The bathroom door, the microwave, more than 1/2 the outlets, no WiFi connected to the tv, the latch lock busted off. In the halls and lobby There were broken outlet covers, holes in the walls. Just overall not a very pleasant stay. No discount or room change or room upgrade was offered.

1. Everything was fine. Housekeeping were awesome. However I have some issues with the billing: 2. Why were Thursday/Friday bill higher ($653/ $695) than Saturday($219)? 3. Why are the two rooms rates different on Thursday/Friday ($653/ $695 ) but rated same on Saturday ($219) 4. Why did we have to pay the deposit ($200) twice? First on Thursday and again on Saturday? I thought the first $200 should have been rolled over to Saturday when we rebooked the rooms for Saturday Are you going to refund our $400 deposit or are you going to Keep it?
