Disappointed

Hot water only worked few days as I stayed 3 weeks. Ask for room service while I was out never got done. Sink backed up smell like sewage. Staff were nice but there were too many issues.

Horrible stay and disrespectful management

I stayed for four nights without hot water. Management did not want to talk to me and left it to the person at the front desk to tell me that there would be "no reimbursements for any of the guests". There was clear water damage from issues in the past and the current solution was a large waste bin in the hallway to catch water from a leaking pipe. Additionally back door lock is broken so anyone can walk into the building.

Both days we stayed there was no breakfast served and we were told there would be. Also when checking out a staff person behind the desk ( the manager I believe) was yelling at a lady who stepped up and tapped on the counter. He told her to take her attitude elsewhere and she had literally not said one single word. Would never stay here again

This is a utilitarian hotel. Good for a quick stop. I had an unplanned night so went with it. In the old days these would be those $30 motel 6 like stays. Now these are about ¢90 with inflation. Everything was clean as clean older rooms (esp carpets) can be. There was a big broken ceiling in front of the reception. Bad for optics. The room was stark. Bed was nice and clean with clean good pillows. The AC refused to drop down into cold territory. Coffee was an older drop machine. There is no good eatery or coffee nearby, so you get only the drip coffee maker. Bathroom was clean. They offer a bar for hand soap and a bar for shower with shampoo. I did not have their breakfast but they do have one. That time they provide coffee which is not terrible. Better than the room coffees. OK for short stays if you are OK with above. I was OK for that.

The property itself was clean, in a convenient location, and had good amenities. There was no hot water the first night but we were warned ahead of time and it was no big deal. The second night, we got back late from a wedding and couldn’t get into our room. The lock malfunctioned and the poor employee had no training or equipment to get us into our room. We ended up being placed in another room while they broke into our old one so we could get our belongings. It was a long ordeal, we were very tired, and they were unable to accommodate a late check out in the morning to make up for sleep we lost while we were locked out.

I had a reservation for 2 rooms. Monday night 8/25/25. I had to be flown out of Elko Thursday night 8/21/25 to ER at St Marks SLC. I was in the hospital for 7 days. I called to cancel, and the SOB’s still billed Me!!! I will never stay at there property again!!!!

A nice, safe, quiet and clean place to rest at night. I went to SLC for a hiking trip and this was perfect. If I wanted to spend more time at a hotel for the property / facility I probably would choose another place - but it was perfect for what I needed! Within walking distance of several restaurants and stores as well!

Would have done 4 or 5 stars but….half way through my stay there was no hot water. Even went half a day without any water. Talked to the staff about refund or allowing to leave early and they told me they couldn’t do anything. Last 3 days of my stay……no shower no hot water.
