The service was outstanding - the staff treats each other like family. The manager helped us order food from a local restaurant (we were not familiar with the area and had a very long day of travel). Our room was newly renovated and it was so Comfy and relaxing clean and cozy.

I don’t get why this hotel has mixed reviews. I had nothing short of a great experience. The night clerk was probably the kindest and nicest human in existence, and the hotel itself is modern and clean and nice. The only slight bummer was the low water pressure of the shower, but it’s seriously not the end of the world. If I come to SLC again, you’ll find me here.
