Everything was in excellent condition. The house was clean, specious, new appliances and everything you could possibly need. The host was quick to reply to questions and super helpful. The neighborhood is very friendly and family oriented. Loved the views.

House was as advertised . Rooms were clean; clean sheets, clean bathrooms. The fenced in backyard was in good condition. We loved having the backyard for the dog and the kids. Was also convenient to have a remote for the garage door and park in the garage. Jake stayed in contact, making sure we were satisfied and didn't need anything. We didn't have any issues during our stay but I'm sure Jake would have taken care of it if we had. The neighborhood was quiet which was nice for us. Would rent from this host again.
