The lobby looked nice the business center looked up to date . I didn’t like the lobby being empty and having to wait for help to check in and out I asked for extra towels at check in and was given clearly stained towels. they only provide shampoo and bars of soap, the shampoo bottle was almost empty when I arrived and day of check out I requested some more and was told they had none. I won’t be staying again

the hotel was dated. The room was clean, but the room, specifically the bathroom was in poor condition. The TV was missing the HDMI cord so we couldn't use the TV. The front desk said they would fix it, but we needed to remind them several times that it had not been fixed. The breakfast was VERY minimal. The area was a bit sketchy. I would not stay here again.

The property was clean and rooms nice. Maid service is only on Mondays and Thursdays. They will replace towels, on request. The breakfast is limited, but for the money you save on the hotel, there is a great breakfast place right next door!!

We love staying at Park Inn every time we come to the Salt Lake Valley. It’s centrally located, clean, quiet and easy access to the interstate and shopping.

This was a last minute booking from the night prior I am not familiar with the area at all but we was happy with our stay. The staff was nice, the breakfast was okay. Place does allow pets, the room smelled a bit musty but went away quick. Overall for a decent place to sleep it nice.

This property is conveniently located across the street from a trax station. The breakfast was good but not always replenished when things ran out. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Traveling with my dog and i booked this hotel because they accept pets. I booked a room with a hot tub but when i arrived i was informed that since I had a dog i could not have the hot tub room (even though it was offered and I was allowed to book it) The staff placed us 8n a room with a horrible bed. The hotel charged the same rate for the sub-par room. Very disappointing!!rateraoom

There was water leaking from the room above ours into our shower, rendering our shower useless. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, the man laughed. I told him we could not shower, and he laughed. I asked him for compensation and he told me to come back at check out, and he would help me. I did this, despite not being able to shower in our hotel room and he ghosted us. And the woman at the front desk refused to help us.

We stay here whenever we want to ski. The ski bus pick up is across the street, and there are many restaurants within walking distance, making it super convenient. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and they offer free continental breakfast. The staff is always pleasant.
