The house is in a great neighborhood and easy to find, the beds are comfortable and there are a lot of them. The owner was responsive and great to work with. However it really needs to be cleaned and some maintenance done.

The house was ideal for our family reunion and provided enough places for people to gather and visit as well as adequate bedroom space. It is well maintained with only a few minor glitches that come with age for any house. Caitlin was helpful and quick to respond to messages. The kitchen is well stocked with everything necessary to cook for a large group, and previous occupants have left a lot of ingredients in the cupboards.

The house was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. The sleeping set up was great for the bridal party, married couples, and the singles. With over 20 people, we never felt crowded or that we didn’t have enough space. The backyard was fantastic for sitting out at night. Caitlin was fantastic and always responded quickly to any questions that we had.5/5 stars for sure!!

Great house for wrestling tournament crew

We had 22 people w/ plenty of room for everyone. 15 minutes from the Zion Banks Real Academy. 25 from SLC airport. Caitlin was such a great host! House was awesome! Beds were comfy! Check in/out was so easy and she had great communication and was so accommodating. Close to lots of food! Would 10/10 stay again!

Great for large family groups

The house is great for large groups. There are a variety of room arrangements that can accommodate whole families in one room, which is awesome. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was nice and warm. It definitely could use some updates and minor fixes, but for the amount of people it can accommodate, it was a great choice for our group. The host was quick to respond and helpful.

Great get together place

This was a wonderful roomy home. We had almost all of our seven children, spouses, and grandchildren under one roof, which is a major task for a family the size of ours. Everyone had an enjoyable time. They enjoyed the hot tub. I enjoyed staying warm inside. :) The host was very accommodating.

Tons of beds

Plenty of beds for our group of 26. Definitely not enough seating for meals since it was winter and we couldn't use the outdoor space for that. Hot tub was a hit with the kids. We liked the house but it's lacking a large enough space to hang out with the whole group

Perfect base for a business retreat

Tons of sleeping space with comfortable beds. We had an outside dinner party with our group and the lights made it so beautiful. Was perfect weather. Had lots of good places to eat just a few miles down the road. 2nd time we've stayed here ❤️ weve stayed at this

Great for large families!

We had 31 people and there was plenty of space for all. Love the size of pantry and there are so many rooms to spread out. The hot tub in backyard was a hit. We would come back!

Great spot for quick group trip

Plenty of sleeping room for groups and adults. Well stocked. Great hot tub and outdoor eating area. Great hub for things around the Salt Lake area.

This was a fantastic property that did not disappoint! There are tons of beds for everyone to spread out and room for games and activities. The hot tub and backyard dining area was a huge hit, and the kids loved the fenced playground and backyard. The large TVs (one upstairs and one downstairs) were great for family movie nights as well! We had a slight problem with the AC unit and the host was very attentive and went above and beyond to get things fixed and make it right quickly and kindly. I've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals with hosts that have a good location but are not very helpful if issues arise. I wish I could give them an extra star for how great they handled the issue!

A gathering of families, old friends and new friends

The property fit our group of 18 with room to spare. We noticed that the owner continues to make updates and improvements to the property that made our stay more comfortable with new furniture and a new hot tub. Great spare ski. The kitchen is well stocked so that we were able to cook our meals at the house. We had a great stay.

Team house

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament in SLC, location was easy to/from downtown SLC, about 20-25 min. The house was very clean and had beds for days to accommodate our large party. There are several large smart TV’s in different parts of the house for entertainment and there was a washer/dryer available with laundry soap supplied to wash their stinky jerseys! This house is also close to restaurants and shops without the crowds of the city. The listing should be updated, there was not a hot tub or air hockey game available. Overall, Caitlin was easy to reach, very responsive and flexible with our stay, I would stay here again!

Spacious and comfy base camp

We enjoyed our time at this property. There were even more beds and bedrooms than listed online. The accommodations were spacious and plentiful. There were a lot of us and it was such a great set up for a large group. The host was super responsive when messaged through the app (but not online). I did have to request check in information when it hadn't arrived by check in time. The host was quick to respond and we got right in. Would highly recommend. It would be awesome for groups of any size, but is especially awesome for large groups. It is hard to find a place in the valley that can manage so many and this property does it well.

Amazing!

We needed a place for our family to gather after a dear loss. Being able to all stay in one place was perfect to begin healing. The house gave us all our own space as well as a place to gather. It was close to everything we needed too. Thank you so much!

We had a great reunion at Caitlin's property. There was plenty of room for 5 families and lots to do in the area. Our host was on top of any concerns we had and made it for a pleasant stay. Would stay there again.

Very spacious.

Plenty of room for all of us. Had a great time. Only negative we had was the condition of the back yard. Great play area but unkept back yard full of weeds and thistles. No nice grassy area for kids to play on.
