The room was fine, but check in was a mess. No live person or desk. Pass code provided didn’t work and I had to repeatedly reach out to a call center full of unhelpful people just to get access to my room. Took 2 hours to check in after traveling all day. Hard pass

The pass key code. We tried to enter the room the first time. And the code didn’t work. The gentleman at the lobby re did it. It took a while. He was getting ready to leave. If he would have that would have been a problem. Then we left to our event. And the parking garage would open. So we had to wait until they reset it.

I love the privacy and quietness in the middle of the city. I love the key pad code over a hotel key, the housekeeping was very helpful and prompt, I loved the home away from home feel and the promptness of resident staff in giving a tour of the long term lease options and I will definitely stay here again.
