We have tried many places close to the airport and the rooms walls are so thin its just loud. The Radisson is so quiet. We won't need to stay anywhere else. Its also convenient to be at airport in 5 minutes

Must be a scam

It was april 12 Saturday night. I had a gift certificate for hotels.com. So I used it and payed 67 on debit. We get there I get asked for a credit card for deposit. I hand him my Chime credit card not my Chime debit card. He says he does not except Chime cards. I said ok then refund my money. He said if hotels.com tells him to he will. So I look on the said is all it say is need credit card for deposit. It does not say no chime credit cards. I cant find a way to recover my $167 I even bought insurance. Very unsatisfied.

This hotel needs immediate renovations. Carpet was old and shabby, peeling and cracked ceilings. Lamps and outlets that didn’t work no USB plugs anywhere.

They need to update there HVAC system for heat. I had my thermostat on 90 degrees. But my room was still cold even though hot air was blowing out. I couldn't rest comfortably being cold. Thus my poor review.

My only complaint was when I placed a room service order, I asked for a kids cheese burger and a side salad. The gentleman on the phone repeated back as a regular cheeseburger. I corrected him. My total should’ve been approx $12. When my order was brought to me, my total was $27. And the gentleman was quite abrupt when he asked for the payment. I assumed it could be charged to my room. He just said no, pay here. I should’ve have questioned the total then, but I was just tired and didnt want to be bothered with possibly sending the food back and having him return again. I also think that it should state somewhere or told to you when placing an order, that payment is expected upon delivery.

My Stay at Radisson SLC Airport

Great location; very good service; but the noise from the room above our room wouldn't let us sleep. Also, fresh toilet paper was not installed, fresh facial tissue box was not installed, and no backups were present in the room. Somehow, there was a lot of static in the room.

Room 200 was listed as a premium room with balcony and king bed. 1st day was warm and no Air conditioning, and TV didn't work until maintenance showed up. 2nd day is snowed and no heat. Had to get moved to another hotel. Read the reviews and believe everyone about the terrible condition and how the front desk treats people. I should have believed the majority of the reviews but thought maybe it was fixed by then. No.

King Balcony

Nice stay and easy check in and check out. Clean room very spacious. King Room with balcony was nice. Breakfast was ok. A bit expensive for what it was. Enjoyed the underground parking.
