Breakfast was so good! Lots of variety, real eggs, oatmeal and waffle bar, fresh fruit and coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, bagels...breakfast was my second favorite part. My first favorite was the balcony off of each room. The king bed was very comfortable and the room was super spacious. Was not happy about paying 10$/day for parking-- there appeared to be plenty of parking so it was confusing why there should be an additional charge on top of the room rate. Overall, great location across from an open park with multiple breweries and restaurants within 0.5 miles. I would mostly likely stay again if I was in the area.

The hotel staff here was great. I stayed here one night as it was the halfway point during my cross country move. When I arrived in my 22' box truck, the staff walked out front and showed me where I'd be able to park without getting towed, which was super helpful. I was traveling with two pets (dog and cat) and they only charged me for one. There were pet potty stations throughout the property, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and everything worked. Checkin/ out was quick and simple. Best of all, this hotel is in a great location which made it super convenient for finding dinner (I really didn't want to drive a giant moving truck around to find a place to eat). Highly recommend to anyone traveling with pets and kids!

While the hotel was conveniently located, there were a few aspects of my stay that could be improved. I found the front desk staff to be somewhat distant and not particularly welcoming during check-in. The room was not very soundproof, and noise from neighboring guests late at night made it difficult to rest properly. Some of the in-room facilities seemed a bit outdated, and a few of the light bulbs were not functioning. I hope the hotel will consider addressing these issues to enhance future guest experiences.

There were no blankets and pillows for the pullout bed in the room, when o called the front desk to ask for them, they told me I had to come to the front desk to come and get them. I had my two children in their PJs and it was late at night, we had to walk out of our building through a snowy parking lot at night to go get these items. I do not see why they cannot be stored in the rooms. No customer service about this matter. And there was no hot water for our showers! Less than 2 minutes into our showers in the morning, we lost all hot water and were then forced to finish in a very cold shower. Very unpleasant experience!
