Stay at our private upper level newly renovated executive home in Dimple Dell. 3 bedrooms, including Master suite, 4 total beds, living room, dining room and media room, with full kitchen, island seating, and garage parking. Located in East Sandy. 18 minutes from Snowbird and Alta. 34 minutes Brighton. Very lush property facing Dimple Dell Park which is a well known horse recreation and hiking areas. Deer in the yard daily. Over 2000 square feet of space to relax and play in.

We stayed at Denyse’s house for 6 weeks this winter. We loved the location to Little Cottonwood Canyon. We drove from the east coast and had our golden with us. We loved being able to have our dog. The resident cat, Mr Kitty, joined our family and loved spending time snuggling in the morning and evenings with us. We absolutely love him so much. We are going back next winter for 10 weeks and we can’t wait to spend more time with Mr Kitty. The house worked well for us. The downstairs was rented on 2 occasions and that was fine. It is a shared hot tub and we had no issues with that. We loved having garage space for skis and the car. The yard and deck was fantastic for the warm weather. House is located right across from Dimple Dell Park with amazing trails for walking. I loved being able to take our dog there in the mornings and after skiing. Communication with Denyse was easy and quick if we needed anything. We were very happy and we’ll be back next year for longer. A big thank you!

Great location for skiing Alta and Snowbird. Soaking in the hot tub was premium after a day skiing. Clean rooms, large kitchen with washer and dryer made for an enjoying stay.

Clean, close to ski area

Clean and convenient to ski areas. Owner was responsive to our needs. We were not aware of downstairs neighbors however until we arrived. Also, expecting us to feed the cat was odd. Send it to a shelter- maybe a family can adopt it to give it a proper home.

Great Location

We enjoyed having easy access to the ski resorts, without being too close to just one. Being across the street from the huge park was wonderful for our dog. And we also took advantage of being just a few minutes from a lot of great restaurants. The only part of the property description I didn’t think was accurate was calling for yard large. It’s not large. Overall, very nice!

Holiday in Sandy

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were a little surprised that there was a downstairs unit that was also rented during our stay, but it didn’t bother our holiday plans. The home was nice and spacious and comfortable for all 8 of us. We also enjoyed the kitchen and were easily able to prepare a Christmas dinner for us all. It was a bit on the cold side to spend time outside, but the yard and deck looked nice if it were a bit warmer. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were happy to have found this place for our family Christmas.

A visit with family

The location was great!!! it was close to anything that was needed or wanted. The house was very clean and comfortable and decorated nicely. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal and serve it. The house also came with plenty of paper products. It felt very private, my grandchildren and great-grandchildren were able to come and visit me almost daily. My sister and I each had a dog and the yard was super for them and we both loved seeing the deer every day. If I make this trip again, I would definitely try to get this same property.

Incredible place for "Mountain therapy"

My family stayed at this incredible property for a week and loved every minute. The location is excellent and is in very easy proximity to all of the adventurous fun places and all the of the creature comforts needed for an great vacation. The home is in incredible shape with everything we needed for our stay. the Kitchen had all the necessities and they were good quality. There was plenty of linens to go around and great laundry appliances just in case. Everything was perfect for us. We saw wildlife right outside in the park across the street. This place is great. I hope to stay there again the next time I'm in need of a little "Mountain Therapy"

The property is newly renovated. It was very clean. Plenty of supplies for kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of space for party of 8. Communication with the owner was great. Pretty close to surrounding ski resorts. Thank you for having us.

perfect getaway house for winter

The house was much larger than expected, inside and out; the pictures don't do it justice. All appliances worked (washer, dryer, dishwasher, AC/heater, etc). Water pressure was low in the shower but most importantly the water stayed hot even with both showers running.
