My stay was HORRIBLE!!! The assistant manager Tracy was very RUDE and the other staff member sat there laughing when we told them the problems with our rooms! We told them we had no hot water and the toilet didn’t flush that well and also the carpet is gross, dirty and the bathroom had chipped paint on the shower rods and chips. Tracy did not want to help or compensate us she stared at us like she had no idea what we were saying and all she did was roll her eyes and walk away!!! Very rude! Beware staying here! She is the assistant manager Tracy she said this hotel is the way it is and has not had a make over in 11 years! We will never stay there again! Proceed with caution.

Staff was extremely slow in getting us checked in. It appears they were having technical difficulties so I can’t necessarily blame them, but it was not ideal at all. Room was not the best. There were a couple of cat kibbles on the floor. Carpet needs a good steak cleaning and shower does not drain properly.

the staff was ok, the room was ok, the tv in the living room didn't work and the one in the bedroom had no remote. Also the picture on the website had a couch in the living room the room i had had a bed in the living room. Ran out of toilet tissue and there were no extra rolls. the room was not worth the price.
