Check in was quick and the desk lady was friendly and warm. The room was comfortable and check out was simple. I stayed at a Sonesta Suites in Hampton, VA last year, which led me to stay here, and I was very pleased.

Furniture and fixtures are very old but not too poorly maintained. The staff were great and very helpful, received my mishandled luggage for me and made everything easy. Very good laundry room and gym.

Never recommend to stay here. Bad service at front desk no room service at all for four nights only two towels for four nights per person bad old construction hotel, no trashcan in the bathroom. I asked for extra towel next morning. They told me to come get it at the front desk.
