Hotel was great over all. There was no hot water at check in. The front desk said we would have hot water in a few hours. No hot water. I could shower and shave before an important meeting. Had they told me the truth about no water until morning I would have stayed somewhere else

Friendly staff, but even at 4pm she had to check if my room was available. Thankfully it was! But then the 1 and only elevator in the hotel was down. So that meant lugging all my luggage up the stairs by hand. Thankfully it was repaired by morning. I also do not like the absolute lack of security. Perkins is nearly, but not fully, connected to the hotel. I was able to walk thru the breezeway to the restaurant and back, then had full access to the stairs with no key requirement to enter. It’s just open. That is the least secure hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. I’m glad it’s in a decent area anyway. The shower was plenty hot, but I would have liked more water pressure. The bed is cozy enough, too. Overall it’s fine for a 1 night $100 stay. It could use some upgrades, but it’s not “bad.” I’d likely stay again, but only after a check of recent reviews to see if they improve or decline by the time I return to Utah.

The hotel was actually pretty nice. The problem is that it advertises itself as a dog friendly hotel and then charges a fee that is twice the typical charge one encounters at hotels charging pet fees. The cost of the pet fee was about 2/3 of what I paid for the room. Ridiculous.

Room was clean, the heater worked well, fair spread of breakfast. Only issue was there was no hot water when running the shower around 7pm. We ended up waking around 2am and the water was somewhat warm.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was kind at check in.Breakfast eggs were perfectly cooked and sausage was tasty. We were passing through, and this was perfect. Pillows could use a refresh.

Yes very,very clean rooms ! But don't forget germs are invisible so you also need not only surface but airborne spray ( mist) in the room s & hallway s because of a severe Flu season. Not blaming you guys for my flu( couple days a go ,so all was great , good job !
