The check in and check out processes were terrible. Took way too long and they weren't able to print out receipts. They didn't speak English to the other employees. The TV didn't work and the room was very loud. I won't be staying there again.

Horrible Stay !

Lack of customer service, room was not clean or prepared with towels and kitchenware. Breakfast was not freshly made, staff was not helpful in any way and very unprofessional when responding to requests.

Great place to stay

We had a birthday celebration for family and found that this was a perfect spot for us to come together. And easy access leaving and getting into. They had a great area to enjoy outside with tables and chairs. Because we had separate room and children with us that are was very nice to have.

Courtyard was very nice to sit in and relax. Breakfast was great. Amelia's Bar and Grill was fantastic. Front Desk personal were great. The only issue I had was that I went down to get an extra blanket to enjoy the court yard further and they would NOT give me one due to a manager needing to be present... I was alittle unhappy with that due to the fact that I needed a blanket bc I was cold at night, and I was unable to be accommodated due to a rule that I was unsure why that had to be. I had to leave the premises, drive to walmart and purchase an extra blanket at about 8:30-9 at night. I didn't much care for that, but I am still giving good reviews bc my stay was rather nice.

The place was old, The door would not open, had to forcefully open by pushing hard, it would get stuck, The bed was not a king size as advertised, I did like that they were pet friendly though only ten dollars for pet to stay.

I chose it because it was close to the airport, offered shuttle service and was affordable. I found it to be very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Nothing to complain about.

It was right on a main highway, so noise was an issue. Also, you could hear people in the hallway, very clearly. The room was clean. Bed was AMAZING. And the pillows were soft but firm enough to not hurt your neck. Staff was always friendly.

Absolute dump, rooms are falling apart with cracks in the walls and plaster. They should not be allowed to operate in this condition. Cleaning service is irregular at best and you have to beg and plead for someone to clean your room. Do yourself a favor and just pass. I had no idea there were hotels like this…motel 6 would be an upgrade. Owners don’t seem to care about the condition of their hotels and are likely perfectly content for it to fall apart. Absolute unmitigated disaster.
