This is a 1 bedroom + 1 bath unit. Parking is located in the rear of the building. The Art Deco Inn is equipped with everything you need for your stay! Guest can access the entire space! I am here for support. My property manager or myself are always available, but we like to give you space! Conventionally located just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. This neighborhood is walkable, fun and near a ton of nightlife and restaurants! Rideshare Apps + public transit or walking! There is 1 additional nightly rental unit located in the same building. They units do not share any common space. The parking lot is the only area that is shared. There is also an Interior Design Studio located in the commercial unit in the front of the building. The Studio is closed at night.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Westminster College. Features include laundry facilities. A washer is available in the vacation home.
