The room was great, the staff was very helpful and nice. The music from the night club is annoying when you’re trying to sleep so is the walkway with drunk people. The overflow parking was sketchy. I parked and people were drinking in the car next to us, we went up another level and they followed us. Nothing happened but it was just a weird experience.

The room and staff itself were wonderful; however the building next door BLARED music with thumping base from 10pm-1:30am every single one of the 4 nights we stayed there. We were never warned nor read any review mentioning this. The street noise is also incredibly loud. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had wonderful amenities.. but I wont be staying here on my next trip to SLC because we couldnt go to sleep until nearly 2 am everynight because of the nextdoor venue.

I had never stayed at this hotel before but I wanted to give it a try since and I am so HAPPY I DID!!! My daughter does CHEER and we are at the Salt Palace multiple times during the season.. Since we live in LOGAN it is a lot less STRESSFUL to stay down here instead of getting up super early!! I was very happy with the STAFF AND the ROOM WAS THAN I EXPECTED

Great stay for the convention we were going to at the Salt Palace, so the walk was amazing and quick! Room was great and staff was friendly, only downside was just the parking situation. Definitely do NOT leave any valuable items or things in cars since there is a third party lot they use for overflow which unfortunately is known for break ins. Luckily, our vehicle was safe but when we left we did see a car that got vandalized. Just be weary, other than that it was a wonderful stay!

Bad service.

The hotel and room were nice, location was great and breakfast was good for the typical buffet. But during our 3 day stay our room was never serviced even once, in spite of multiple calls to the front desk. When re asked for clean towels they were left in a plastic bag outside our door, so we didn’t even knowthey were there the next morning. Won’t stay there again.
