This hotel was clean, the check-in staff was friendly and accommodating of our child in a wheelchair. They also immediately acknowledged our request of extra pillows and first floor room, we didn't have to say anything. The breakfast bar was clean and well stocked.

The facility is beautiful, very clean, the staff was very nice. We loved the location of this hotel. Top Golf, shopping, and eating and all right there. The only reason we did not give a 5 star review is because the a/c unit in the room was very loud and noisy when the compressor came on.

Room was clean. Bed was lumpy and we heard everything that was going on around us. I understand that no carpet makes it easier to clean however having hard surfaces eveywhere amplified the sounds.

The room was clean and well structured however my two star deduction is due to the following, first the shower head only sprays hard regardless of which setting, and the other reason was the extremely poor condition of the hot tub and pool.

We enjoyed the clean rooms, the European styling and comfortable bed. I enjoyed the shower only bathroom setup. The reception area was small but inviting. All of the amenities that someone could need was right there.

The front desk lady was amazing didn't catch her name but I check in on 12/04 at 4ish after a long ride she was very nice very easy check in no hassle.. beds super comfy shower was amazing only down fall no microwave in room
