Your Mountain Retreat is nestled in a quiet upscale residential neighborhood w/ private and separate entrance and off-street parking. Close to 7 Ski Resorts. 15 minutes from Alta and Snowbird ski resorts, 25 minutes from Brighton and Solitude ski resorts, and 45 minutes to Park City, Canyons, & Deer Valley ski resorts. 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive to ski resort bus stop and parking. Close to great hiking and biking trails, and minutes away from the Mountain Canyon Parks, and Rock-Climbing areas. Close to restaurants, shopping and activities galore! Awesome mountain views! 10 minutes from Mountain American Expo center and Real Salt Lake soccer stadium. Close to TRAX station (Transit system). Only 25 minutes away from Salt Lake City Airport and 20 minutes to Salt Lake City downtown area. Car is recommended.

Private use of the Hot Tub Spa and it's great for massaging your tired body after a long day of activities. Enjoy s'mores around the a Gas Fire Pit or just enjoy conversation with each other. The outdoor space is equipped with BBQ gas grill, beach towels for Hot Tub use, 82” ceiling fan w/remote control, lockable storage unit for ski equipment. Amazing mountain views.

Kitchen and Family room: Open concept kitchen and Family room space is equipped with Cortz counters tops, beautiful white shaker cabinets, large pantry, LG stainless steel appliances, 6’ island w/6 bar stools (perfect to entertain on and to enjoy late night card or board games). Fully furnished kitchen, with dishes that serve 12 people. Pots, pans, square griddle (for stove top), hand mixer, knifes and steak knife set, cookie sheets, 9x12 glass Pyrex cake pan, mixing bowls, serving dishes, blender, ice maker (in freezer), K-cup coffee maker, tea kettle, garbage disposal, dishwasher, Brita water filtration system, toaster, blender etc. It’s ready and equipped for you to be your own chef for the day. Bon Appetite! The family room has beautiful furnishings and has a queen Murphy bed that hides away, in the wall, during the day and creates extra sleeping for 2 at night. Extra blankets and pillows available. 50” Roku TV with Nintendo Wii gaming system, DVD player, TV is loaded with many apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. (you can sign into your account to watch your favorite show), Comcast Cable and high speed Wi-Fi. The Coat closet is large enough to store your winter outerwear, and your empty suitcases, once you've unpacked and settled in,. We supply 3 sets of electric ski boot warmers (during the winter months only).

Washer/dryer (Bounce and Detergent included), ironing board and iron, and 2 hair dryers, porta crib (upon request) are provided.

Master Bedroom: 1 spacious beautifully, professionally decorated bedroom and master ensuite. Bedroom equipped with 2 super comfortable Serta queen beds and quality furnishings. 50” Roku TV has many apps loaded so you can sign into your personal accounts to watch your favorite show. Apartment Entry: Private guest entry access to your “Mountain Retreat” with Secure keyless code access. Private entrance to your “Mountain Retreat” is on the North side of the main house with easy lighted access from the driveway. Guests are assigned an independent, secure passcode for entrance to your retreat.
