The Granary is a charming barn conversion nestled in the countryside between the heritage coastline and the beautiful North York Moors National Park.. Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Ground source heat pump underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Rear garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Electric vehicle charging point, payable via app. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Lovingly converted, this was once a tumble-down barn which the owner has lovingly transformed into a welcoming holiday cottage. Stepping inside you have the open plan living area with a well- equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a double as well as a twin, and a family bathroom. The Granary has a traditional, welcoming feel throughout. The patio areas are a perfect place to end the day where you can relax, enjoying a glass of wine and enjoying the views. There is an enclosed playing field for children, as well as a walking path for dogs on site.
These two lovely barn conversions are nestled in a secluded area in Lingdale, just 4 miles from the Victorian seaside resort of Saltburn or 9 miles to the scenic harbourside village of Staithes. They have an interlocking door, and therefore can be booked together for larger parties and family reunions, or on an individual basis. The properties are situated in a central position as they are only a few miles from the North York Moors National Park and the coast, providing an excellent base for exploring this beautiful part of the world. They have great views of open countryside and beyond to the coast. The barns are surrounded by fields, which are perfect for dog walking and the whole area is ideal for keen ramblers and cyclists, with many pathways very close by. Take time to explore the coastline, with Runswick Bay, Staithes, Sandsend and Whitby all within easy reach.
