Quarto com cortinas caídas pela metade , devido as chuvas as janelas não bloqueavam corretamente a água , ocasionando várias goteiras a noite toda de chuvas, ocasionando alagamento de pequeno porte no quarto. Devido hotel estar com a ocupação rota nesse dia , não houve como trocar de apto. O que não justifica , reservar um quarto com esse problema grave na minha opnião , foi uma noite sem dormir. Espero que resolvam esse problema , evitando que outros hóspedes passem por isso .

O quarto era simples, aceitável. Porém o quarto era extremamente barulhento, dava para ouvir outros hospedes conversando, falando no celular, discutindo. A cortina do quarto fazia um barulho enlouquecedor, algo lá fora tbm era muito barulhento. Não sei se era o exaustor do ar. Foi uma noite péssima. Uma experiência horrível.

Horrível. Comecou que Cheguei 1h da manha e o atendente me cobrou por uma diaria que ja havia pago. Depois me colocou no pior quarto. Subi 3 andares 1h da manha com mala e sem qualquer ajuda, pois nao tem elevador. Depois o lencol estava sujo. A toalha estava suja. O quarto estava sujo. Fiquei 1 diaria e nunca mais fico nesse hotel.

Achei o hotel em condições de estrutura ruim, quarto com ar condicionado velho e barulhento, cama com colchão velho, roupa de cama e tolhas encardidas, roupa de cama menor que o colchão, cheiro ruim nos quartos. Banheiro com azulejos com aspectos de sujos, lodo no rejunte, vazanso agua para fora do box (vedação ruim no piso do box) Atendimento na recepção bom local de café da manhã pequeno e pouca variedade no café-da-manhã

Muito bom e bem localizado. Peca a falta de elevador para 3 andares, muitos quartos com ar condicionado de caixa embutido na parede (barulho) e as camas razoáveis apenas (ao menos no quarto que fiquei no 3º andar)

A relação custo x benefício não se aplica aqui. O atendimento na recepção fui ríspido, O estacionamento não tem manobrista a noite e seu carro fica preso, caso precise sair a noite você precisa achar um lugar na rua para estacionar, Os quartos são ok, porém os colchões são muito antigos e bem amarelados. O hotel não conta com assecibilidade, por tanto não tem elevadores. O café da manhã é modesto e sem problemas.

O hotel tem boa localizacao , os funcionários são muito atenciosos e solicitos, mas a estrutura do hotel é péssima. Para começar o hotel não tem elevador , fiquei no ultimo andar (3° andar) e tinha que subir e descer de escada, no nosso quarto não tinha telefone para comunicação com a portaria, tinhamos que usar WhatsApp. Os colchões velhos e desconfortáveis, as roupas de cama e banho velhas e poidas, algumas rasgadas; a água do chuveiro sem pressão, quase um conta gotas ; dentro do box a água se acumula nos cantos e não desce pelo ralo totalmente.
