The property and staff are great. The kitchen did a good job with breakfast and snacks we ordered. But the location, while near the airport, is adjacent to a pretty unsightly residential property and the hotel walls weren’t built high enough to disguise the unsightly property from view.

Eu fiquei hospedado aí e tudo que eu vi nas avaliações é a pura verdade. 1º Cheguei de madrugada, devido meu voo chegar 02h da manhã. O hotel tem cerca de 54 quartos, segundo depoimento do atendente e só tem 10 vagas de garagem. Chegar tarde e ter que deixar o carro na rua foi algo ruim. Então se vai chegar tarde tenha quase certeza que não terá vaga devido a quantidade de quartos para a quantidade de vagas na garagem. 2º O meu chuveiro não esquentou, embora estivesse calor. Eu não gosto de banho gelado. O quarto foi o 312. Prédio não tem elevador. Somente escadas e aí é ruim também. 3º O meu quarto ficava numa posição que ouvia o galo do vistinho cantando. Se tem sono leve já era. Fato externo ruim para ficar nesse hotel. 4º Eles não emitem a NF no checkout e até hoje não recebi no e-mail como prometido. 5º O ar do quarto não funcionava direito. Era só uma noite e eu não voltaria mais a ficar hospedado nesse hotel. Mesmo sendo apenas uma noite. Todas essas avaliações já estava descritas em outras avaliações e eu não dei ouvidos. Elas são a pura verdade!!!

Me hospedei duas vezes. O primeiro quarto era maior e mais novo, porém ficava no segundo andar e não tem elevador, subimos as malas pela escada. Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a minha hospedagem no Aero Hotel. Durante minha estadia, tive um problema sério com o chuveiro do quarto, pois o jato de água estava direcionado para a parede, tornando impossível tomar banho em condições adequadas. Solicitei atendimento e fui prontamente atendido por um profissional da manutenção, um senhor muito cordial, educado e solícito, que demonstrou respeito e profissionalismo. No entanto, ao solicitar a troca de quarto devido ao problema apresentado, fui atendido por uma supervisora que agiu de forma extremamente mal-educada, demonstrando total falta de empatia e despreparo para lidar com a situação. Em nenhum momento houve preocupação em resolver o problema de forma adequada ou oferecer uma solução que garantisse meu conforto, o que é esperado de um estabelecimento que presta serviços de hospedagem. Ressalto que situações imprevistas podem acontecer, porém o atendimento ao cliente deve ser sempre baseado no respeito, educação e disposição para solucionar problemas. Espero que esta reclamação seja levada em consideração para que melhorias sejam feitas, especialmente no atendimento ao cliente, evitando que outros hóspedes passem pela mesma situação desagradável.
