Ótima estadia

Tivemos ótima estadia no apartamento da Vera. O mar em frente ao condomínio é bravo, para águas tranquilas é preciso andar alguns kms. Sentimos falta de um varal e cadeiras e sombreiro que poderiam ficar na parte de trás do imóvel.

O local é muito agradável o único ponto negativo foram os moradores do andar de cima que fazem muito barulho, uma noite acordei 01 hora da manhã com o pessoal fazendo marcenaria isso foi muito desagradável eu contei uns 15 pregos sendo apregoado sabe-se lá onde , fora isso tudo bem

localizacao

a praia onde fica o condominio e muito agitada e deserta e consequentemente não é frequentada precisa andar muito ate encontrar uma parte onde dê para entrar no mar sem medo ou pegar carro para ir na praia da espera onde tem grande frequência, nos arredores do condominio não tem nenhum tipo de comercio precisa pegar carro para ir no mercadinho mais próximo que e longe, esses detalhes não foram especificados no anuncio

Custo benefício

O apartamento é simples e bom. Porém, parece descuidado. O fogão precisa revisão, pois forma uma fuligem nas panelas e suja tudo. A sala é quente, mesmo com ventilador. Porém, é do lado da praia, o que dá uma brisa ótima do lado de fora. Os banheiros tem um cheiro desagradável, precisam ser lavados todos os dias. É confortável para 4 pessoas.

Apartamento bem localizado, junto a praia e próximo do rio em Itacimirim. Os quartos possuem ar condicionados, os utensílios domésticos bem conservados e funcionando. Condomínio excelente e bem conservado. Recomendo.
