It was amazing to stay at Art House by Carpediem. The structure is beautiful, everything is new (which is a five star plus!!!), the reception team was so kind! The pool, workplaces and the gym are hot spots of this stay!

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten waren leider sehr schmal, wobei wir alle zum Glück sehr schlank sind. Die Balkons sind unmöbliert, aber morgens durch die Sonneneinstrahlung viel zu warm und durch den fast ständigen Verkehrslärm wenig hilfreich. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sehr auf die Einhaltung der Regeln geachtet. Der Concierge hat uns immer die Tur hilfsbereit geoffnet. Mehr Info zum Ablauf wäre hilfreich gewesen. Auch wurden in dem 5 Tagen der Nutzung trotz Beanstandung weder die versprochenen Pflegeprodukte noch der Haartrockner geliefert. Unten im Hotel stehen Automaten für Speisen und Getränke und die meiste Zeit war ein Imbiss im Hof mit ordentlichem Angebot geöffnet. Leider war an 2 Tagen der Rooftoppool gesperrt und somit nicht nutzbar. Trotzdem: ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und wir würden jederzeit dort wieder buchen, weil es insgesamt super war.

As instalações do hotel são muito boas e a equipe de funcionários tambem. Piscina muito bonita e academia completa. Ambiente em geral muito agradável. Acesso toso por biometria e senhas. Por outro lado, o quarto 526 deixou bastante a desejar: o ralo do boxe não dá vazão, vaza água do boxe para o banheiro, a roupa de cama extra estava rasgada e as toalhas eram finas e pequenas. Essas coisas deixaram a desejar para uma melhor experiência.
