The condominium's pool and gym are freely accessible during the stay, they're also for common use. The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

The party and gourmet lounge area require prior reservation and payment of an extra fee for use.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

Communication with guests is conducted as promptly as possible to ensure they feel welcomed, through the platform and also via phone.
