CHECK-IN

- All guests are required to provide identification documents to gain access to the property. At check-in, the property will be checked at reception and a Face ID will be issued.

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and bed linen, blanket or bedspread, pillows and one towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Contact us)

You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility)

LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is prohibited

- Parties and events are prohibited

- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are prohibited

- PETS are prohibited

- Due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall during the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and cannot be used by guests.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, crockery and sound systems are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 10 kWh. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, you will not reach this limit, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
