- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as they are food items for personal use.

- All guests must send their ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Normally the administrative sectors operate on working days, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. That's why we ask in advance to avoid causing inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediment to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with a franchise of 25kwh of energy per day. By using the electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be limited, but in case of overrun we will charge or exceed after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kwh.
