This vacation rental offers a fully equipped and functional setup, ideal for guests seeking comfort and convenience during their stay. The kitchen features a table with two foldable stools, a two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, ice tray, egg trays, electric coffee maker, and an Italian induction coffee maker. You'll also find a variety of utensils including a sandwich maker, juice jar, strainer, can opener, wine opener, and a set of induction-compatible pots and pans, as well as a milk pan, multi-purpose scissors, bowls, plastic containers, a collapsible silicone pasta strainer, grater, placemats, and a cutting board. For meals, the apartment includes cutlery, coffee and tea cups, water glasses, wine glasses, soup bowls, and dessert plates. The sink area is equipped with a countertop trash bin, detergent dispenser, small squeegee, and dish rack.

Guests will also have access to a compact drying rack, clothespins, collapsible bucket, iron and ironing board, along with cleaning tools such as a broom, dustpan, and floor squeegee. The bedroom offers a sofa, hangers, air conditioning, a 43" Smart TV with local channels, bedside lamps with warm yellow bulbs on each side of the bed, outlets with three-way switches, side tables with drawers, blackout roller blinds, a mirror, and a wardrobe with drawers, a shoe rack, and hanging space.

The bathroom is equipped with a pedal-operated trash bin, liquid soap dispenser, toothbrush holder, exhaust fan, mirror, electric shower, towel rack for bath and face towels, and a toilet brush.
