The condominium's pool and gym are freely accessible during your stay in the apartment and for common use. The condominium also provides common areas such as a barbecue area and a party room with a gourmet area that can be reserved in advance, subject to payment of the utilization fees set by the condominium.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.
