Wonderful house in the best condominium in Guarajuba, the Paraíso condominium! With full infrastructure, playground and 24-hour security!

The house is fully decorated and furnished, providing an excellent stay! It has 5 suites (1 on the ground floor), full kitchen and Wi-Fi. The best part of the space is the outdoor area, with a balcony, pool and gourmet area!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Consumption of water and electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$1500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The rooms are composed as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): 2 single beds, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and smart TV;

Suite 2 (superior): 2 single beds, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and smart TV;

Suite 3 (superior): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain;

Suite 4 (superior): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and smart TV;

Suite 5 (outdoor area): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and smart TV.

*****NOTE: The single beds are pushed together, thus transforming into 1 double bed in each suite.

Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast, excellent for getting in touch with nature and resting! It has the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized voluntary eco-labels in the world and that only 14 beaches have won. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment.

It has easily accessible public transport. If you arrive by plane, you can rent a car or use transport platforms, requesting the airport to Guarajuba. The value of this last option is on average R$ 120.00. (If needed, we can indicate Transfer and Day Care)
