It is located on the ground floor and has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 suite), an integrated living room and kitchen, both with cozy decor and fully furnished!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****Full laundry service (service paid separately);

*****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and smart TV;

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.

***Freezer is not available for use.

In Guarajuba, one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia and which recently received the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized ecological labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment.

The Condominium has a great structure with 24-hour security, reception, 2 tennis courts, 1 sports court, 1 grass football field, children's playground, jogging track, gym, garden, bar in front of the pool and beach, shop in-house convenience and restaurant, small square, games room, plumber, electrician and housekeeping services (just clean the apartment and make the beds daily), included.
