Excellent duplex apartment for those looking for tranquility and proximity to the sea, located in the Condominium Villa da Praia, in Praia de Guarajuba, which has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast.

It has a living room, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a full kitchen and a balcony overlooking the pool.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;

***A deposit of R$1000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
