Facility is big but nicely laid out, clean room and great staff. Swimming pool water temperature got very high, they really should invest in water cooling system because the beach is not that great with rocky bottom.

It is my first time to give a unpleasant comment to any of the hotels I stayed before… the hotel room is super old… and the pillow cover is not so clean, even yellow… and the beds, table are full of small ants…and one thing really don't understand, when I arrived in the hotel, they asked you to do a online precheck-in, normally the precheck supposed to help you save time, but here and it is the only hotel after the precheck you still need to be in line for another normal check in, and they asked you again fpr everything… so what is the point?

I really enjoyed my time at Stella Maria. Good vibe with decent food options and buffet. Slight downside was the bathroom was a little dirty. Hair dryer had dust and hair on it, and some other spots around the bathroom. But honestly, that's a small complaint. The resort felt very safe and the staff all had sparkling personalities and were very helpful and kind to an english only speaker. One small thing I will bring up is that the place is sort of loud. Not a complaint so much as just a warning for people who want to relax and read by the pool. They always have loud music playing over the PA by the pool, so if you like naps and quiet that might be something to consider. Orhwrwise very good.

Minha experiência no hotel teve pontos positivos e negativos. A localização é excelente, bem próxima ao aeroporto, o que facilita bastante a chegada e saída. Além disso, tivemos uma vista linda para a praia. O quarto estava limpo, porém percebi que precisa de alguns reparos e manutenção. A equipe da recepção foi muito cordial e atenciosa durante toda a estadia, o que fez diferença no atendimento. Por outro lado, o hotel deixou a desejar em relação às atrações oferecidas. Estivemos hospedados no feriado de 1º de maio e não havia nenhuma programação especial. Inclusive, a cantora que se apresentaria no restaurante não compareceu. Outro ponto negativo foi o café da manhã. Os itens oferecidos não aparentavam ter muita qualidade e a equipe do restaurante demonstrou pouco acolhimento, com um atendimento bastante desanimado.

Boa experiência com a família. Piscina boa e parque aquático de criança divertido. Meu filho de 3 anos amou o parque aquático. A equipe de atendimento ficou devendo , seja na recepção, com informações desencontradas, seja nos bares da piscina, com poucos funcionários para servir. A equipe de entretenimento é boa! No geral recomendo o hotel, pelas piscinas, comida boa e pela diversão garantida para as crianças.
