A estadia foi um pouco complicada, o hotel dusponibilizava de vaga na frente da garagem se negou que eu parasse la , disse q a garagem estava cheia e que nao tinha espaço sendo que caberia mais 1 carro... entao e meio frustante pois sou deficiência queriam que eu me locomovesse da area azul onde deveria ter vaga ate a hospedagem , fora o perigo por ser eu e minha mae esta vindo no perímetro duvidoso , acabei dormindo muito mal pois onde eles pediu para eu colocar o carro na frente de outro estabelecimento que abria as 06h em pontos , alem de correr o risco de ser multada o que espero que nao tenha ocorrido. Por sermos mulheres nos sentimos contragidas pela situacao perante a homens que deveriam em prinmeira estancia nos proteger ja que trabalham na devida estalacao...enffim em termos das condicoes hospitalidade e um quarto simples sem muita sofisticacao e com muitos reparos nos quais quem tem problemas alergicos nao consegue ficar. Cafe da manha pouca opcao e nunca e servido no horario area de ter 2 lances de escada o que dificulta a acessibilidade a deficientes como eu no qual nao obtive nenhuma explicacao e nem getileza de ser comunicada da logista de acesso ....bem decepcionante e frustante

O hotel é justo pelo valor mas tive dois “problemas” O primeiro é que as 08:40 já não tinha mais quase nada no café da manhã e ao solicitar para repor, ouvi gritos com xingamentos da cozinha reclamando da solicitação para repor alguns alimentos, sendo que o café vai até as 10h. O segundo e mais é que a equipe de limpeza abriu a porta do meu quarto por 7 vezes sem perguntar se havia alguém dentro, sendo que eu e minha noiva estávamos pelado em uma delas. Foi um constrangimento enorme. No mais, foi tudo bem. O quarto é confortável e condizente com o anúncio.

Cardápio era péssimo, o cuscuz estava duro e seco, os bolos estava seco também, não tinha variedade no café, a camareira foi extremamente grossa com o meu esposo pois ele só fez uma pergunta em relação a limpeza do quarto e ainda os elevadores estão precário, ficamos presos no elevador. por alguns minutos. Fomos em Lua de mel e ficamos decepcionados.

Recepção uma maravilha mas em compensação o café da manhã é terrivelmente fraco e as meninas que trabalham na limpeza precisam entender que quando elas estão no corredor tem hóspedes nos quartos e deixarem de conversa e brincadeira. Tirando isso não tem mais nada a relatar.

Quarto com lençóis manchados, travesseiro mofado, que pedi para trocarem e me deram outro menos pior, mas mofado e manchado também. Banheiro com a porta preta de mofo por dentro, sem limpeza. Mofo no teto do banheiro e nos rejuntes da área de banho. Péssima experiência! Reservei duas noites e só fiquei uma. Café da manhã fraco. Não vale a pena.
