During our stay, there was construction at our level. The rooms are small. Not a lot of outlet.

Not worth it.

Beautiful ocean view from the lobby, however the entire building seems to be falling apart. The paint was stripping off the walls of the lobby. Trash from guests were seen on the floor. Cockroaches in the hall way and lobby are.The elevator for guest was out of service so we had to use the staff elevator which looked like it was there since the 80s as it was extremely old and dated, we preferred taking the stairs for our own safety however the stairway was just as bad. Room was clean however the door handle was falling apart , the room number was missing a digit so it took us a minute to find to room. The Room doors were old and worn. Bed sheets were so thin you could see the mattress , sheets were also stained. The breakfast was the same everyday; soggy eggs cuzcuz and potatoes. They had tea but didn't provide hot water to make the tea , of you got there after 8 am there was basically nothing left and the staff could not careless as most times they were eating or smoking as well. The room had no views and no WiFi so the lobby was always full of guests trying to get internet access. I tried getting an upgraded room and without even checking I was told there was no other room option. The hotel needs to be torn down or seriously renovated.

The service was excellent! The bed was Ok , but the only issue I had was the WiFi only worked in the Lobby , being from another country where my WiFi doesn’t work this was very inconvenient ,it’s also was in a great location for the beach and to get Uber’s

Needs a huge improvement and restoration!

It was convenient for 1 nigth stay before our flight. Lobby and pool area are nice. Elevator and other comom areas such as corridors need to be painted, restored. Room need a new bed, new mattress, good linen. Shower was nice although bathroom was not cozy. Location was good. But, if not restored and updated I would not stay again.

Hotel Oceanico Ondina

Overall a good experience. Rooms are small but clean. Good shower and bathroom. Great breakfast included and view from rooftop. Bus stop right across the street. The pool is nothing to speak of. Its more like a hot tub without the hot or the jets.

Better off at a Pousada

While the hotel was across the street from the beach (a dirty one) Nothing else was close to what I would expect from even a motel 6. On more than one occaision we had to wait for towels to come back from laundry service which meant we could not take showers in the afternoon. The wi fi they advertised did not work. the acoustics in the hallway were so bad that we were frequently woken up. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedroom in general was below most American standards. The last night we stayed at a Pousada 3 blocks from the beach that was cheaper and in my opinion offered better accomodations including very fast wifi/

Bom custo-benefício com uma localização impecável. A Limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar (toalhas e fronhas com pequenas manchas) porém o serviço de quarto foi solicito sempre que acionado.

Ótimo custo benefício

Café gostoso, com poucas variedades, ótimo custo benefício, o hotel está em obras, um pouco sujo acredito que seja por isso, deve ficar melhor quando acabar, faltam detalhes simples e baratos , mas que dariam um toque nos banheiros. A vista e simplesmente magnífica, valeu por tudo. Vi baleias da janela ao amanhecer e pude ouvir seu som. A praia é ótima pra banho quando a maré baixa. Quem gosta de andar da pra ir ver o pôr do Sol no farol da Barra, não vimos sinais de furto ou violência.

Experiência na Rede Andrade Ondina

Pontos negativos: Logo ao chegar, nos hospedaram em um quarto que a janela do banheiro ao tentarmos abrir, ficou pendurada. O registro de água quente do chuveiro não funcionava. No corredor havia uma sala que armazenava os ar condicionados do andar e fazia um barulho ensurdecedor dentro do quarto. Ao tentar entrar em contato com a recepção através do número da chave ou do app Hotels, um não funcionava e o outro era da Administração da Rede Andrade. Ao ir na recepção descobri com o wpp encontrava fora do ar!!! Fiz a reclamação e nos alocaram em outro quarto menos pior, pois a janela do banheiro não abria e a principal do quarto era praticamente dentro da Localiza (locadora de carros), ou seja quase zero privacidade. O controle remoto da TV não era o original pois não tinha todas as funções disponíveis, tipo selecionar um Globoplay, YouTube, enfim, apps q só consegui acessar baixando controle remoto online no cel e habilitando na TV. As paredes, tetos encontravam-se manchadas, as cortinas do quarto com marcas de MOFO e o ambiente aparentava que havia passado por uma pequena reforma porém tão esculhambada ao ponto de se notar marcas de tinta nas portas, no blindex, alé disso, partes de gesso rachadas. E por fim, a aparência do quarto conforme mostra nas fotos para reserva, não é real!! Ponto positivo: café da manhã bem diverso, barulho do mar estonteante ia fácil dentro do quarto, tornando as noites bem agradáveis para dormir, cama confortável, ótima localização.

Pontos positivos : 1) Os funcionários muito educados e solicitos ( todos mesmo !!!) 2) Localização maravilhosa . Pontos negativos : 1) Manutenção . O hotel é bem antigo e merece um cuidado . Ficamos no quarto 206 e o banheiro estava com o teto abaulado e pingando o tempo todo . Enfim o hotel é muito simples ,mas descuidado .

Rede? Que redes sao essas de hotelaria…

Foi uma experiencia frustrante, uma vez que ouve a expectativa por ser de frente pro mar. Contudo, se for levar em consideracao o custo beneficio ate da para relevar, mas eu nao indicaria, nao voltaria sob hipotese nenhuma. Nao tinha agua quente nos chuveiros, a estetica toda comprometida por fungos e buracos, os quartos cheirando esgoto de ralo, o cafe da manha a desejar. A unica coisa que foi vantajosa é o sinal do Wi-Fi e a vista!
