House with thirteen suites and a maid's quarters. In the social area there is a bathroom, another social bathroom on the roof, a toilet on the ground floor. 3 storey house. Full kitchen with stove, two refrigerators, vertical freezer, two electric ovens, microwave, filter, cooking utensils. All ground rooms have two exits. With cafe area, with an espresso machine in the 65m2 lounge. All accessories for a dining table with 10 seats. Gourmet area in front of the beach, with a table with 12 seats. Parking spaces for two cars. Most rooms have double beds, and others with two single beds. The sides of the rooms are decorated with plants.
