Excellent decorated apartment located in Praia do Surf condominium, in Itacimirim, with full infrastructure, gourmet area, swimming pool, relax area and children's area. The distance to the beach is only 350m!
The space comprises 3 floors (ground floor, 1st and 2nd) and has 4 suites located on the upper floors. It also has a living room with cable TV, wine cellar, full kitchen, gourmet area with barbecue and terrace!
We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;
***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled).
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, cabinets and Smart TV.
Suite 2: 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, cabinets and Smart TV.
