Pelo Valor, nome , localização. Nao tem nada haver com um Flat rasoavel. Flat do lado do melhor shopping da cidade. Localização excelente. Cama muito ruim. Todas as toalhas, limpas mas sempre manchadas. Parecendo sujeira. Moveis inchados de glumerado e a tampa do compensado saindo. Descascando. Frigobar todo enferrujado. Banheiro meia boca. Sintomas de algumas morissocas zozando.
