The hotel looks nice from pictures unfortunately I was very disappointed when got to the hotel. The only great thing about the hotel was the stuff that work on the restaurant. The rooms was not clean, always missing toilet paper, towels or the very peculiar fact that one time when they changed the sheets it was duty. I wish I could rite better review, but my experience was not the good.

Decepcionado. Um quarto que pelo valor da diária deveria ser no mínimo, Bom. Mas foi decepcionante. Primeiro que existe um upgrade para o quarto executivo e eu fiz e o quarto parecia o mais básico. Fora isso pedi para ser no alto e num lugar reservado. ( Não houve comunicação do hotéis.com com o hotel e me colocaram num quarto (COM A PAREDE QUE SEPARA O QUARTO DE VIDRO.. DE VIDRO!!! QUE MALUQUICE) O que deu menos privacidade, mais barulho externo. Entao pedi para trocar o quarto. Colocaram no 2 andar mas novamente mesmo tipo de quarto. Um absurdo um hotel desses ter uma parede do quarto de vidro. Mesmo com a cortina blackout, a luz do corredor ainda passava pro quarto. Esse foi o fator mais absurdo. A cama de molas estava muito mole, então minha companheira sentiu dores na coluna de manhã porque estava sentindo as molas. O banheiro é bem pequeno para tomar banho e também o recipiente do shampoo estava vazio). O café da manhã foi regular, mas a máquina de café estava fora de serviço. Novamente pelo preço que daria para um hotel de luxo em salvador ( sendo um preço menor) a estrutura do hotel Malibu plaza foi decepcionante E se alguém do hotel vier falar algo, no máximo é um, desculpe pela sua ma experiência.

O quarto é compacto, com cama confortável. O que pesou foi a falta de janelas, sim não há janela nos quartos e caso queira um quarto com janela tem que pagar outro valor, portanto o ar condicionado tem que viver ligado pois fica abafado e muito quente. A equipe de limpeza esquecia de deixar toalhas, lençol, papel higiênico, tive que ir na recepção buscar. Um outro detalhe chegamos um dia de madrugada e não tinha ninguém na recepção
