I love the staff at the hotel, the manager was engaged with patrons and his staff worked hard at ensuring needs were met. I would stay there and recommend. I think the in house breakfast could do with some innovation, especially for vegetarians and others with food sensitivities. Additionally, more staff should at least be able to speak english to non portuguese speakers. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Hotel muito bom, quarto limpo, chuveiro com excelente pressão de água, móveis novos, próximo a praia e camas confortáveis. Único ponto a melhorar é o café da manhã que deveria ter mais opções de alimentos e o local onde é servido é pequeno.

Somente a localização vale a pena

A localização do hotel é excelente, bem central, fácil de chegar a várias praias, pelourinho e centros de compras, agora os serviços ficam muito a desejar… Não há vagas de garagem para todos os quartos (são 49 quartos e o hotel possui apenas 13 vagas) Na reserva é informado que o quarto possui uma cama queen, porém eles colocam um pillow juntando duas camas de solteiro, ficando um buraco entre as camas. A limpeza do quarto se resume em estender as camas, não passam uma vassoura no quarto, nem tiram o pó. O serviço de quarto deixa a desejar também, pedimos sanduíche, e ficamos esperando mais de 20 minutos para recebermos guardanapos e sal. A internet Wi-Fi não suporta o uso dos hóspedes, caindo a conexão a todo momento.
