We went on the cheap as we were only going to be there for 7 hours. It was what we expected, pictures always look better. They have a nice free breakfast and it was close to bus station we were leaving from the next morning.

A equipe é gentil, o chuveiro é bom, a cama razoáveis, roupa de cama limpa, porém se você quiser uma colchinha tem que solicitar e nao estava cheirosa, limpa. A limpeza do quarto tambem deixa a desejar e manutencões bobas. É razoável, tem condições para ser bem melhor. O café da manhã esta ok.

Estive hospedado no hotel a trabalho entre os dias 02/02/2026 e 05/02/2026 e tive uma experiência bastante positiva. A localização é excelente, facilitando muito a rotina durante a estadia. A estrutura é mais simples, porém funcional e bem organizada, atendendo bem às necessidades de quem está viajando a trabalho. O serviço de quarto, especialmente na arrumação, foi eficiente e cuidadoso. O grande diferencial do hotel, sem dúvida, é a equipe de funcionários, uma das melhores que já encontrei em Salvador: todos muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos. Gostaria de destacar especialmente a funcionária Jéssica, que desde o primeiro dia foi extremamente solícita e próxima, sempre pronta para ajudar com tudo o que precisei — desde solicitações como ferro de passar até dúvidas sobre o café da manhã e outras necessidades do dia a dia. Esse cuidado e atenção fizeram toda a diferença na minha estadia.

O quarto era muito sujo, cheio de pelos e até insetos como baratas que foram mortas por mim e nao limpas. A cama estava terrivelmente mole, as toalhas eram trapos, idem para a roupa de cama. O café da manha apesar do ambiente cheio e insalubre, era razoavel, mas com opcoes de baixa qualidade. Fui deslocado por erro do hotel para outro da rede, tenebroso de igual forma.

Quarto limpo, frigobar abastecido para consumo, porém deixou a desejar no café da manhã… somente o básico, tive que pedi reposição pois quem estava chegando as 09h não tinha quase nada, e quarto sem coberta e mesmo solicitando sem retorno da recepção. Já fui em outros da rede e gostei beeem mais .

A equipe nos atendeu muito bem, são bem atenciosos! O quarto era bom, banheiro estava limpo , água do chuveiro bemmm forte e ótima para ducha. acredito que o prédio era mais antigo… mas estava tudo ok, para uma noite estava ótimo e nos atendeu bem . A região não era tão segura a noite, assim como outros pontos da cidade.

Fui muito bem atendido pela equipe do hotel! Todos são muito gentis e solicitos. O quarto estava em boas condições e aparentemente foi reformado recentemenre. O ponto negativo fica por conta da estrutura comum do hotel que está em condições não tão boas e pelo café da manhã que deixou bastante a desejar.
